Meet Chef
Diedra Douglas Jones, from Louisiana, began cooking at an early age; preparing meals for her five sisters and one brother. Neighbors always dropped by around dinner time, just to taste her cooking. Soon, people began asking her to prepare meals for them, and were glad to pay for a good home-cooked meal. Diedra couldn't seem to get out of the kitchen, which suited D. just fine. She attended culinary arts school and has been servicing the community and businesses since 2008.

Policy
Our policy is listed on all invoices. Once payment has been received, client has agreed to our policy.

Booking:
​
Deposit: 1/3 of invoice balance
​
Allergy Policy: All allergies must be informed at booking. Late notice of allergies after supplies has been purchased will require an inconvenience fee. Total depends on supply cost.
Delivery: Contact person must be present at location during delivery.
We secure all setups before we leave, anything that happens after delivery is not our responsibility.

Fee $65 (depends on location)

Refund Policy: We must be informed 1 week prior to the event. Half of the deposit is non-refundable as it is considered an inconvenience fee. ​

Rush/Last Minute Bookings: 3 days prior to the event is consider last minute
Fee $250 and up. Rush fee varies depends on amount of guests.
Late payment fee: Remaining balance must be paid day of service or before. If not an inconvenience will be added to the invoice.
Fee $200
Cancellation: We must be informed at least 1 week prior to the event, half of the deposit is non-refundable. ​

TERMS & CONDITIONS
The terms stated are for the protection of Taste Of Flavor Innovations LLC. The services performed by the company may or may not apply but it is informed incase of any injuries, illness, accidents, damages caused or not caused by Taste Of Flavor Innovations LLC. Client acknowledge that participating in any services or events involves certain risks (some of which client may not fully appreciate) and that injuries, death, property damage or other harm could occur to client or others. I accept and voluntarily incur all risks of any injuries, damages, or harm which can arise during or result from my participation in the services or event, including any associated travel, regardless of whether or not caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other fault of Taste Of Flavor Innovation LLC, and/or its or their departments, trustees, affiliates, employees, officers, agents or insurers ("Released Parties").
Client waive all claims against any of the Released Parties for any injuries, illness, damages, losses or claims, whether known and unknown, which arise during or result from clients participation in the services or events, regardless of whether or not caused in whole or part by the negligence or other fault of any of the Released Parties. Client release and forever discharge the Released Parties from all such claims. Client agree to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from all losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees and other litigation costs and expenses) incurred by any of the Released Parties as a result of any claims or suits that Client (or anyone claiming by, under or through me) may bring against any of the Released Parties to recover any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, or expenses which arise during or result from my participation in the services or events, regardless of whether or not caused in whole or part by the negligence or other fault of any of the Released Parties.
